on your arrival the apartment will be available from 2.00 pm, departure within 10.00 am.

The reservation is confirmed only after the payment of the confirmation deposit through our writing.

Cancellation:
• for cancelled bookings up to 40 days before arrival, the deposit will be withheld as compensation.
• for cancellations from 40 to 7 days in before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total booked period.
• In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booked period.
